Order Processing Times

We process all orders within 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer shipping within New Zealand. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 14 working days 

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal service issues or unforeseen circumstances.


International Shipping

We ship to Australia. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times: 30 working days.

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes within New Zealand, unless otherwise noted at checkout. Some shipping methods may be unavailable for P.O. boxes.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at manager@waimaramamarae.co.nz with your order number and photos of the product’s condition so we can assist you.
